About this frame

The l.a.Eyeworks Wing Nut in Bonfire is a pair of cat-eye eyeglasses, sized 52–22–137: a 52mm eye, a 22mm bridge and 137mm temples. Twice the eye plus the bridge gives about 126mm across the front, neither narrow nor wide. In acetate, the Wing Nut can be warmed slightly and bent by an optician to settle the fit. If you wear progressives, ask us for the Wing Nut's lens depth before you order; it is not listed yet.

Frame only: prescription lenses are not included.

Eye is the width of one lens, bridge is the gap between them, and temple is the length of the arm — all in millimetres. Your own frames carry the same three numbers, usually printed inside the left arm.

Shipping and returns

Shipping. Free on every order within the United States, fully insured, and signed for on delivery. Frames leave the shop within 1–2 business days, packed by hand in their case. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days; Express is available at checkout. We ship within the US only, and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Returns. Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Frames must come back unworn, with their case and packaging; refunds are made less a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Discounted frames and frames marked final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or not as described? Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right, with no restocking fee.
