About this frame

At 49mm across the eye with a 21mm bridge, that is about 119mm of frame across the lenses and the nose, on 145mm temples. A middling width: wide enough to balance a face, not so wide it overhangs it. The plate is cut, milled and polished, which is what gives an acetate rim its depth of colour. Every KUBORAUM is made by hand in Italy, which is why no two of the same model finish identically.

How the numbers work

Eye is the width of one lens, bridge is the gap between them, and temple is the length of the arm — all in millimetres. Your own frames carry the same three numbers, usually printed inside the left arm.

Shipping and returns

Shipping. Free on every order within the United States, fully insured, and signed for on delivery. Frames leave the shop within 1–2 business days, packed by hand in their case. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days; Express is available at checkout. We ship within the US only, and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Returns. Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Frames must come back unworn, with their case and packaging; refunds are made less a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Discounted frames and frames marked final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
