About this frame
Round eyeglasses from LAPIMA: the Filipe in Caramel, sized 43–23–150, which is a 43mm eye, a 23mm bridge and 150mm temples. Twice the eye plus the bridge gives about 109mm across the front, which is small. Acetate softens with gentle heat, so an optician can adjust the Filipe's temples and bridge to fit. At 41mm tall, the Filipe's lens is deep enough for most progressive designs, subject to the optician's measurements. The 43mm lens is small, which tends to keep a strong prescription slimmer; the optician can advise.

How the numbers work
Eye is the width of one lens, bridge is the gap between them, and temple is the length of the arm — all in millimetres. Your own frames carry the same three numbers, usually printed inside the left arm.
Shipping and returns
Shipping. Free on every order within the United States, fully insured, and signed for on delivery. Frames leave the shop within 1–2 business days, packed by hand in their case. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days; Express is available at checkout. We ship within the US only, and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Returns. Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Frames must come back unworn, with their case and packaging; refunds are made less a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Discounted frames and frames marked final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
