About this frame
In Forest, the LAPIMA Penelope is a pair of cat-eye eyeglasses marked 52–20–145, for a 52mm lens, a 20mm bridge and 145mm temples. Add the eye twice and the bridge once and it is about 124mm across the front, a middle width. Acetate softens with gentle heat, so an optician can adjust the Penelope's temples and bridge to fit. At 39mm tall, the Penelope's lens is deep enough for most progressive designs, subject to the optician's measurements.

How the numbers work
Eye is the width of one lens, bridge is the gap between them, and temple is the length of the arm — all in millimetres. Your own frames carry the same three numbers, usually printed inside the left arm.
Shipping and returns
Shipping. Free on every order within the United States, fully insured, and signed for on delivery. Frames leave the shop within 1–2 business days, packed by hand in their case. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days; Express is available at checkout. We ship within the US only, and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Returns. Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Frames must come back unworn, with their case and packaging; refunds are made less a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Discounted frames and frames marked final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or not as described? Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right, with no restocking fee.
